Follow the steps below to secure your seat at Eram College for D-Pharma

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board.
  • Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
  • Minimum aggregate marks as per PCI and Board of Technical Education, U.P. norms.
  • Age limit and other criteria as per government regulations.

How to Apply

Online Application:

  • Visit the official website and navigate to the Admissions section.
  • Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.
  • Upload scanned copies of required documents (Mark Sheets, Photograph, ID Proof, etc.).
  • Pay the application fee through secure online payment gateway.
  • Download and print the confirmation receipt for future reference.

Offline Application:

  • Visit the college campus admission office during working hours.
  • Collect the application form from the admission counter.
  • Fill in the form neatly and attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
  • Submit the completed form along with the application fee at the fee counter.
  • Collect the acknowledgement slip as proof of submission.

Selection Process

  • Admissions are primarily merit-based on the marks obtained in the qualifying 10+2 examination (PCB/PCM).
  • Candidates are shortlisted based on their aggregate percentage in the relevant subjects.
  • If applicable, an entrance examination may be conducted as per Board of Technical Education, U.P. guidelines.
  • Final selection is subject to document verification and seat availability.
  • Selected candidates will be notified via email/SMS and listed on the college notice board.

Required Documents

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:

  • 10th (High School) Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
  • 12th (Intermediate) Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate from the last attended institution
  • Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended
  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable, issued by competent authority
  • Domicile Certificate / Residence Proof
  • Aadhaar Card or any valid Government ID Proof
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs (6 copies, color)
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Gap Year Affidavit (if there is a gap between studies)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • The admission that may be granted to the student will be provisional subject to the approval of the Board of Technical Education, U.P.
  • The student will not ask for transfer from this institute to any other institute in any circumstance. (Applicable for first and final year B. Pharma students as per DTE rules.)
  • Each student is required to have in possession with an identity card issued by the institute which is to be renewed in every term/session and will have to deposit at the time of submitting clearance certificate. The student must produce it, as and when asked for students will not be allowed to appear in the examination if they do not posses identity card.
  • A student is required to see the notice put on the notice board of the institute. The Institute is not responsible for loss of any advantage by a student but to his/her failure to read the notice in time.
  • The student shall have their own Apron, Dissection Box, Spatula, Napkins, fractional weight box, log table, Glass marking pencil, Match Box required for practical classes.
  • The principal reserve the right to strike off the names of the students from the Roll if the students remain absent for long period or on account of misconduct.
